A  uniformed military man  alleged to have taken ‘Colorado’ is seen in a dramatic video behaving abnormally while screaming some incomprehensible words. Nigeria has joined China and United Arab Emirates (UAE) as the only countries operating the WingLoong II Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicle (UCAV).
