This week we speak to US hypnotist Grace Smith. Grace Smith says she was able to give up alcohol, but that quitting smoking seemed impossible. Back in 2011, the then 25-year-old had a stressful fundraising job in New York. "I didn't have any healthy coping mechanisms," she says. "One of the ways that I was coping with all the stress and anxiety was through partying. "I was living in the Lower East Side, and that's what all my friends did too - we worked really hard all day long, and we partied really hard all night. It took a real toll on me, physically and mentally."

New cases of Coronavirus recorded in Nigeria are 131

131 new cases of Coronavirus were recorded in Nigeria on Thursday September 17 as confirmed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).    A breakdown of the new cases across states in the country is as follows; Lagos-45, Kaduna-17, Plateau-1, FCT-16, Delta-6, Niger-6, Kwara-5, Oyo-3, Akwa Ibom-2, Cross River-2, Ekiti-2, Enugu-2, Osun-2, Sokoto-2, Bauchi-1, Ebonyi-1, Katsina-1, Rivers-1.    There are now 56,735 confirmed cases of Coronavirus in the country and 1, 093 deaths has been recorded. 48,092 patients who recovered from the disease have also been discharged.    131 new cases of Coronavirus recorded in Nigeria
