131 new cases of Coronavirus were recorded in Nigeria on Thursday September 17 as confirmed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).    A breakdown of the new cases across states in the country is as follows; Lagos-45, Kaduna-17, Plateau-1, FCT-16, Delta-6, Niger-6, Kwara-5, Oyo-3, Akwa Ibom-2, Cross River-2, Ekiti-2, Enugu-2, Osun-2, Sokoto-2, Bauchi-1, Ebonyi-1, Katsina-1, Rivers-1.    There are now 56,735 confirmed cases of Coronavirus in the country and 1, 093 deaths has been recorded. 48,092 patients who recovered from the disease have also been discharged.    131 new cases of Coronavirus recorded in Nigeria

Now that I   Big Brother Naija star, Kiddwaya has disclosed that he is "reviewing" his relationship with some housemates now that he is outside the Big Brother house.    The evicted housemate who said this in an interview said he is seeing his relationship with some people in different light due to what they said about him as captured in videos he has seen now he is outside the house.    Kiddwaya added that his relationship with Laycon is included and he will be having a talk with some of the housemates after the reality show is over.  On his relationship with Erica now he is outside the house, Kiddwaya said it will be her conquering her world and him conquering his own world. Nigeria ranks 29th in world FIFA ranking   The Super Eagles of Nigeria have moved up from the 31st to 29th position in the latest FIFA/Coca-Cola World Rankings.    In the latest rankings released by the football governing body on Thursday, Nigeria got 1493 points and are now third in Africa, with Senegal (20th) and Tunisia (26th) in first and second respectively.   Algeria (35), Morocco (43), Ghana (46), Egypt (51), Cameroon (53), Mali (57) and DR Congo (57) make up the top 10 rankings of African teams.   Nigeria’s last international game was a 4-2 away win against Lesotho in the 2021 African Cup of Nations Qualifiers, played in November 2019.   Belgium is still number one in the world FIFA ranking, followed by France, Brazil, and England respectively.    Portugal, Uruguay, Spain, Croatia, Argentina, and Colombia make up to the top 10.
