Veteran Nollywood actor, Emeka Ike has taken to Instagram to celebrate his South African wife Yolanda on her birthday. 

 

The actor, who shared a series of photos of his wife and thanked her for bringing peace to his life. 

 

 

He wrote; 'YOU hv become my friend, a homie, my love, my partner, my wife and a mother to my children. Thank you for the "peace" HAPPY BIRTHDAY Yolanda Ike...more grace.'

Disciplines such as diving, aerial skiing, and pole vault are obviously more gymnastics-related, but the sport can also provide a foundation in more unexpected ways. We've all seen the viral clips of little kids emulating their favourite  gymnasts  competing at the Olympic Games, the too-big leotard hanging loose around the knees of a toddler, agog at what they are watching on the TV screen. The one with the father helping his young child emulate  London 2012 Olympic floor champion  Aly Raisman , wearing a similar stars-and-stripes designed leotard with dad helping with the somersaults (thankfully on the soft cushioning of a bed), is adorable. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has formally signed three legal instruments granting clemency, commutation of sentences, and presidential pardons to 34 individuals, in the exercise of his constitutional powers under Section 175 (1) and (2) of the 1999 Constitution (as amended).
